Located close to the beach inside the Amwaj Blue Beach Resort and Spa
Abu Soma (Safaga) our Barakuda Diving Center offers shore and boat trip
diving.
Full day trips will go to the Safaga distant area to
visit dive sites such as Salem Express as well as other spectacular dive
sites there. Half day trips on our boats, night dives and early-morning
dives are available as well.
All the boats have emergency
oxygen, MFA kit and radio. We dive with 12 ltr. aluminium,15 ltr. steel
tanks and double 12, all with DIN/INT valves.
If you don’t have your own equipment, no problem, you can just rent it from us.
Besides recreational diving from the age of 8, we also offer:
Handicapped
Diving (one boat is handicapped accessible with a hoist arm, widened
bathroom, barrier free deck, etc.) Solo Diving, Technical Diving up to
Trimix Level.
The diving education is according to PADI, SDI/TDI and CMAS/BARAKUDA standards.
