Use of the iRedSea

While providing any information to, communicating with, and/or placing material with iRedSea® you represent and warrant:

• you own or otherwise have all necessary rights to the content you provide and the rights to use it as provided in this Agreement;

• the content will not cause injury to any person or entity, including copyright or trademark infringement.

Fees and Services

Joining iRedSea® is free. We do charge fees for using services. When you use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and pay for a limited time service. iRedSea® reserves the right to modify the pricing of, or discontinue the iRedSea® Service or any portion thereof without prior notice.

Membership and Registration

If you are, or if you become, a Member of iRedSea®, as a condition for your membership, you must, and do hereby, accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user name or account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer so others outside your household may not access the Website using your name in whole or in part without our permission. Further, you agree not to sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights, and agree not to disclose your password, or the password of any registered member, to any person for any reason.

Trademarks

The name iRedSea and its logo are registered trademarks, "IREDSEA.COM" and all related trademarks and service names, designs and slogans are the trademarks of BASH CONSOLE LIMITED. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Website are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners. None of these trademarks, or other product or service marks contained herein,may be used in connection with any product or service, in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that may disparage or discredit the owner of the respective trademark or other product or service mark without the mark's owner's express written consent.

BASH CONSOLE LIMITED reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
